The Fallon Company celebrated another major milestone at Fan Pier with a groundbreaking ceremony for 100 Northern Avenue., the fourth commercial tower on Fan Pier — one of the country’s largest privately funded development sites. The 17-story, 515,000 s/f, build-to-suit tower will house the Boston office of global law firm Goodwin Procter LLP.
